Delivery Charges

For Large Letters, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service - £3.95

For Small Parcel, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service - £5.95

Please allow 7 working days for delivery. Any orders received after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Band A - Local Plymouth Delivery - £15

Includes Postcodes PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7

Band B - Plymouth Area Delivery - £20

Includes Postcodes PL8, PL9, PL12

Band C - Outer Plymouth Area - £25

Includes Postcodes PL10, PL11, PL17, PL18, PL19, PL20, PL21

For all other areas please contact us and we will let you know if we deliver to the area and the relevant charge.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods;

Online transaction via secure server or by telephone. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Paypal*. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 20% on all VAT-taxable products *. Some items are exempt such as Vouchers.

Delivery

For all local deliveries, we aim to deliver your products within 7 working days. Delivery days at present are Mondays and Wednesdays. We begin deliveries in the morning, but they may extend into the afternoon, especially during peak times when high volumes of deliveries and uncontrollable factors such as traffic can make it very challenging!

Returns and Exchanges for Online Sales

Plymouth Garden Centre complies fully with the 'Distant Selling Act' and would ask customers to please note the terms and conditions related to purchasing goods online from Plymouth Garden Centre.

  • We offer a full money-back guarantee.
  • You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
  • You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.

Please note: We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Plymouth Garden Centre and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it please note the following:

  • Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
  • Contact us via email, phone or in person. Contact details are below.
  • Please complete the details on the returns note, supplied with goods (returns notes are also available by clicking on the link below)
  • Return it to us with the product's original packaging in good order and labels within 30 days of receipt.
  • All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
  • We recommend that all items returned to us be sent by Royal Mail Tracking with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged at the customer's cost.
  • If you feel the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

Returns and Exchanges for In-Store Sales

Plymouth Garden Centre will be happy to refund any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase.

Between 15 - 30 days we will be happy to offer an exchange for another item or a credit note. All items must be unused, unworn complete with original packaging in the exact condition the goods were sold in and approved by the General Manager. They must have the price tickets/labels attached and be presented with a valid Plymouth Garden Centre Till Receipt. 

We do not accept returns on goods such as earrings and cosmetics for hygiene reasons.

Please be advised unwanted gifts must be accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase, value and date. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
